This week's wasn't that challenging (thanks to me not photoshopping out the name of the product on the photo!). Yes, it's a Stress Eraser. Designed to make you aware of your breathing and calm you down (um, most high stress days for me would require more than just that!). I think next week's will be a little tougher!
