Stupid phone calls

I'm sure I'm not the only one who's getting annoying telemarketer calls, or 'courtesy calls' during the day...evening...night, you name it (and they don't leave messages or are just a dead line). I came across this tonight:

It only works for companies in Canada registered with the CMA, so it might not do much. Like those stupid 'Bloomingdales, Macy's and other stores...you've won a vacation!' calls that come from the States. But it's a little glimmer of hope.
